The Desecration of the Yome Clan Trials

Shinobi of Sunagakure were sent out to complete the Yome Clan Trials, completing them to learn more about the Yome clans' history within the land. Upon completing the trials however, the lights go out and stone is heard being cracked. The lights shine again revealing the tablets keeping the Yome history desecrated, blood staining the walls accusing Sunagakure of being “CLAN KILLERS!” and needing to “PAY FOR THEIR ANCESTORS CHOICES!”

Meeting the Puppet

A few days after the desecration of the Yome Trial, shinobi encounter a strange figure standing within the remains of a slaughtered village. The figure questions the shinobi about what it means to “be alive”. The shinobi do their best to answer, but inevitably a fight breaks out between the groups. The puppet flees after a brief fight.

The Silversand Revolution

Shinobi meet with two new people, an older man of the Yome Clan who seeks to take the role of caretaker in the Yome Trials. Yugen Yome arrives from the Land of Tea to keep the history of his clan alive and encourages the other native clans to take their clan trials. The next visitor the village receives is a member of a new organization within the land seeking resources. The shinobi catch on, and a fight breaks out between the masked man and his compatriots, until only the leader remains. He confesses his name and group, revealing his name as Selv Shirogane. The shinobi hear his hopes for alliance and let him go to try to convince the Shirogane Revolution leader.,

Revisiting the Oribe Trial

The shinobi set out with their Oribe Shinobi to visit the Oribe Trials and relearn lost knowledge on the Oribe Clan. They enter and complete the trials slowly but surely, until the trial itself shows a disturbance in its natural energy…, As shinobi try to understand what's wrong, the puppet Alive reveals themselves, questioning the shinobi about life and death once more. The shinobi learn the Oribe Trial was being drained of its ambient chakra to fuel a plan of the Shirogane Revolution. The floor collapses beneath them as they try to speak to the puppet, and another fight breaks out. The shinobi weaken the puppet, and reclaim the trial, allowing it to regain its chakra naturally for a future visit.

The Kazesuna Trial

Shinobi set out to reclaim the Kazesuna trial under the guidance of the Kazesuna Elder, Sunaraashi. They visit and learn it's also being used by the Shirogane for creating puppets. The shinobi encounter the leader of the Shirogane Revolution, a fickle man that admonishes the shinobi for their ancestors' actions, starting a fight between the village and his revolutionists. The leader escapes allowing the Shinobi to reclaim the Kazesuna Trial from the Revolutions grasp.

The Houki Trial

Last of the clan trials, the shinobi visit the Houki Trial, completing the challenges with ease with the Houki leading them within the trial's walls. However, unlike the others, no Shirogane hide within the walls of the trial. A secret is uncovered with documents and statuses of the other trials, revealing the Elder of the Houki clans plot to kill the other elders and work with the Silversand.

Tracking the Houki Elder

Word of the puppet and the Shirogane reach the ears of other parties, and with help from the Kazesuna Elder and Yome Caretaker, the shinobi find a trail leading to the Houki Elders location. They find him stopped at a small town deep within the desert, a small flying island above them. The shinobi greet the Elder, who appears friendly and kind to them, inviting them into his personal shipping facility and telling them stories of the old Land of Wind. He confirms the history of the Shirogane within the Land of Wind, wiped out by the major clans after they tried using human corpses to make truly dangerous weapons. He excuses himself for a moment and steps out, only for banging knocks on the door to be heard moments later. The shinobi are confronted by the townspeople for being terrorists, a claim made by the Houki Elder as he escapes the proceeding fight. The shinobi leave the town mostly just injured, but some question the intentions of the Houki Elder as he escapes,

The Houki Trial

Last of the clan trials, the shinobi visit the Houki Trial, completing the challenges with ease with the Houki leading them within the trial's walls. However, unlike the others, no Shirogane hide within the walls of the trial. A secret is uncovered with documents and statuses of the other trials, revealing the Elder of the Houki clans plot to kill the other elders and work with the Silversand. The shinobi also decide who they wish to side with, hoping to understand the puppet Alive more, they set out to truly understand why the puppet exists, and what it feels.

Alives Evolution

After more raids from the Shirogane Revolution and many meetings with Alive to try and help them. Shinobi uncover the truth about the puppet. Once the daughter of the Houki Elder, Nivale was killed by poison as Aaeron Houki, the Houki Elder cut all ties with his clan and family after working with the Silversand. He aided the Silversand in killing the Oribe Clan Head, and an attempt on the Yome and Kazesuna Elders lives were made but failed. As the Great Scorpion War came to an end, the Houki Elder made sure his clan was secure, then fled the land and cut all ties to prevent the Silversand from blackmailing him or his clan.

Notable Shinobi in Alive Evolution include Himari Chinoike, Jumpa A, Chikaku Uchiha, Werslord Kurogane, Solid Kazesuna, and Elagius Uzumaki

The Shirogane Monster

Weeks pass and Alive, now truly known as Nivale is nowhere to be seen. Shinobi confronts the Shirogane Revolution to find the Leader planning something deeper in the desert. The shinobi confront him and his last remaining revolutionists, until they realize it was a trap. The Shirogane Leader reveals his greatest puppet creation, a massive mechanical monster that leaps around the sands and releases fiery explosions. Shinobi attack the core atop the mechanized puppets monstrous form, cracking away at it until it explodes into scrap metal and blood. The Shirogane Leader is found crippled in the wreckage, but as the shinobi prepare to confront him the Houki Elder arrives, dropping down and killing the Shirogane Leader and taking a valuable core from him. The Houki Elder wields the Puppet core to bind the shinobi in strings, and tells the shinobi his true intentions.

I will kill that puppet, it is a weapon… not my daughter.“

Alives New Form

The shinobi are able to track the location of Nivale back to a hidden base within the town she was first found in. The shinobi enter to find Nivale barely alive and torn of most of her parts. The shinobi help her down and aid her in revealing a hidden room, Nivales collection of spare parts. Shinobi help the puppet reform herself with hundreds of parts at their disposal. Chains, knives, sawblades, sharp metal armor, lightning enhanced legs, fire-enhanced fists, a hammer imbued with A Clan lightning, extra limbs with sharp ends like a spider, 4 extra eyes for enhanced sight, and a new core imbued with the chakra of Sungakures strongest Shinobi. The shinobi prepare themselves with their new ally to take down the Houki Elder, and help Nivale feel true emotion.

Aaeron Houki, Tyrant of the Winds

The shinobi receive reports of Aaeron Houkis location within the desert, waiting for the Shinobis arrival. The shinobi arrive with their newfound ally, the puppet Nivale, and stand face-to-face with the Houki Elder and his minions. The Elder reveals his plans, Erase the Shirogane clan out of history, kill the Kazesuna Elder which he succeeded in, and Kill Nivale, the last tie to this land he wishes to remove from himself. The shinobi face off against the prime strength Elder as he summons tornados and manipulates the wind to lift him and the sandstone up to annihilate the shinobi and his daughter. The shinobi defeat his minions, and fight back against the oppressive and malevolent winds to reach the Elder at his peak power. The shinobi weaken him down but despite their efforts, the man chosen by the winds does not falter. He demands that Nivale submit to him and die.

The Puppet Nivale makes a decision. As a puppet reborn from the daughter of the man before them, she thanks the shinobi for their help. She thanks them for helping her understand her new form, emotions like hope, fear, greed, bloodlust.

She thanks the shinobi, for helping her truly feel Alive.

As the shinobi step back, she embraced her father, activating the self-destructive core the shinobi told her not to implant. In her last moments, she achieved her goal, and took down the Tyrant of the Winds with the help of Sunagakure.
